MY STORY

I am a people person. I spent more than a decade working in the aviation industry. Between my flying days, I completed Nutrition Science & Policy Course at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. During this time, I found the combination of being healthy and active allowed me to quickly adjust to new time zones and bounce back fast from constant jet lag. 

Whilst attending fitness training classes in different countries, I developed some great relationships with instructors and not long after I began assisting at their classes, and my career in fitness was born. 

When I moved to San Francisco, California, I followed my passion and became a full-time fitness trainer. I participated in some intensive training, workshops and fitness events to increase my knowledge and hone my skills. 

I now hold the following certifications and training:

  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. American Council on Exercise. 

  • Certification and Training with Spinning Indoor Cycling Program.

  • Certified TRX Suspension and Advance Training Program. 

  • CPR & AED Training with American Heart Association. 

  • First Aid Training at City First Aid Training New Zealand 

  • Federal Aviation Administration Training or FAA which includes:

    • Safety and Emergency Procedures 

    • Medical and Security Training

I love dealing with all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advance client, it will be a pleasure to be part of your fitness journey
